APIXX Platform

A software harness for the work between your systems.

AI needs more than a prompt. It needs business context, boundaries and a path to action. APIXX brings those together inside connected apps — without handing control of your business to a model.

The harness

Intelligence inside. Control around it.

A software harness is the operating structure around an app: it supplies context, limits what can happen, and carries work from an incoming signal to a reviewed outcome.

Context, not another silo

Purchase orders, supplier identities and line-level detail anchor the workflow. The app works with your business records, not an isolated chat transcript.

Boundaries before action

Tenant and supplier scope, permissions and validation constrain each interaction. A supplier reply cannot grant itself access or expand what the AI is allowed to do.

A controlled path forward

Responses become commitments or proposed changes. Consequential edits wait for buyer review; staged work and audit history keep decisions traceable.

Embedded AI

The supplier replies. The app understands.

In Supplier Collaboration, AI interprets plain-language responses within the purchase-order workflow. It helps turn a message into a structured proposal — not an autonomous write to your ERP.

Illustrative workflow

Supplier email · PO-1042

“We can ship all 100 units, but not until November 6. Can you move the date?”

The existing order provides context. The message supplies the requested change.

Buyer reviews date change

A proposed date change, not an ERP update. Your buyer sees the requested change before deciding.

Examples show the intended review flow, not a live AI run. Email delivery and ERP connectivity depend on configured providers and supported integrations.

Governed by design

The model interprets. Your workflow decides.

AI is part of the app, not an exception to its controls. Business changes follow the same validation and approval boundaries as any other supplier action.

  • Scope comes from the authenticated session or signed interaction — never from the conversation.
  • Proposed dates and quantities are validated against the order and its lines.
  • Ambiguous responses stay unresolved until clarified or reviewed.
  • Supplier changes stay drafts until approved; the model never writes directly to the ERP.
  • Email and AI conversations cannot change banking or sensitive vendor records.
