Why we exist
The world runs on flows like these. We spent twenty years trying to keep up with them by hand.

Every arc on that map is a purchase order, a shipment, a certificate, an invoice — moving between companies that run on different systems, in different time zones, with different rules. Multiply it by every supplier, every customer, every carrier, every day.
We know because we lived it. For more than two decades our team built the integrations that move this data between systems — and watched the actual work spill into email threads, spreadsheets, and follow-up calls, with people on every continent trying to keep up.
The data always had somewhere to go. The people doing the coordination never did. No system of record for “did the supplier confirm?”, “which date did we commit to?”, “who approved the change?” — just inboxes and institutional memory.
APIXX is what we wished existed back then: connected applications that sit on top of the flows, give every party one place to respond, and write the approved outcome back to the systems of record. That is the why.
About
We have been moving this data for years. Now we build the applications that run on it.
APIXX delivers ready-to-run connected applications that coordinate the people, workflows and decisions operating across your existing systems.
APIXX Inc has spent years connecting commerce, ERP, and supply chain systems — orders, shipments, inventory, and invoices, across EDI, marketplaces, and direct integrations. We kept seeing the same thing from the inside: the data moves well between systems and badly between people and companies. The coordination layer of the operation still runs on email, spreadsheets and follow-up.
Keep the systems that work, replace disconnected operational processes, and manage the resulting operation through APIXX.
APIXX is operated by APIXX Inc.
An intentionally focused portfolio
- 1. Supplier Collaboration — collaboration application (Available)
- 2. Export Compliance — compliance control and evidence application (Coming soon)
- 3. Order & Inventory Management — core operational system of record (Coming soon)
- 4. Vendor Managed Inventory — replenishment collaboration application (Coming soon)
How we build
The three applications share one reusable application platform and one commercial model: recurring subscription per Connected App, a one-time implementation fee, and managed connectivity supplied through APIXX. We ship one primary application at a time, build shared capabilities before duplicating features, and never fork the platform for a single customer.
AI assists specification, configuration and decisions across the portfolio, but deterministic services execute transactions and humans approve anything consequential.
APIXX moves and monitors the data, and gives people the application needed to run the business.

A global team, built around connected commerce
Our team is extended from the best resources around the globe, bringing over two decades of connected commerce experience — EDI, marketplaces, ERP and supply chain integrations — into every application we ship.
We are onboarding a small number of design partners
We are working directly with a limited group of customers to build Supplier Collaboration against real supplier bases, real PO volume, and real exceptions — and running discovery for what comes next.
