Terms of service

1. Agreement
By creating an organization in APIXX Supplier Connect you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization. Supplier users access the service under the terms agreed by the inviting organization.
2. The service
APIXX provides a hosted supplier portal that synchronizes with the customer's ERP system. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of data in its ERP, for reviewing and approving supplier submissions, and for the actions of its users.
3. Accounts and security
Customers must keep credentials confidential, assign roles appropriately, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. ERP credentials provided to the service are used solely to operate the integration.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Trials end automatically unless a payment method is added. Usage above plan limits may require an upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to upload malicious content, attempt to access another organization's data, or circumvent security controls. We may suspend access to protect the platform.
6. Third-party systems
The service integrates with third-party ERP systems that are governed by their own terms. APIXX is not responsible for the availability or behavior of those systems. Provider trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. APIXX's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of the current billing period. Data export is available for 30 days after termination.
