FAQ

Straight answers

The questions supply chain and finance teams ask before a working session.

  • Suppliers need no login
  • Email keeps working
  • Nothing changes Sage Intacct without approval

Most asked

Will my suppliers actually use it?

The honest answer is that some of them will never log in — and it does not matter. That is the point of the design. A supplier can confirm an order by clicking a button in the email, or by replying to it in a sentence. Both produce the same structured record. The portal is there for suppliers who want it, while suppliers who prefer email can still give you the data.

Most asked

Do we have to stop using email with suppliers?

The opposite. Email is a first-class interface here, not a notification channel. Suppliers reply in plain language and we turn it into a commit date, a quantity change, or an exception — then confirm back exactly what was recorded.

Most asked

What if a supplier writes something confusing?

We ask one specific clarifying question in the same email thread. If it still needs a person, your buyer gets it with the supplier's own words intact. We never guess at a commitment.
