Overview
For growing distributors and manufacturers, QuickBooks Online often remains the financial system of record while operations outgrow it. APIXX can keep customers, vendors, purchase orders, bills and payments aligned between QuickBooks Online and the Supplier Collaboration and Order & Inventory Management applications, so supplier confirmations and invoice drafts are prepared in APIXX and approved before they reach the books. Authentication is supported at the connection layer; account-specific mapping and testing are implemented through APIXX.

APIXX uses Nango as its embedded connection layer. Nango manages supported authentication flows and credential lifecycle, while APIXX provides the integration logic, mappings, monitoring and managed production operation.
- OAuthCredentials are captured in the vendor’s own authorization flow and stored by the connection layer — never in the browser or in APIXX records.
- APIXX stores only connection identifiers and safe metadata, associated with your organization and the user who authorized it.
- Connection health, expiry and reconnection are surfaced inside the APIXX application; approved information moves through monitored integration flows.
