Connect BIS SNAP-R to APIXX

Track BIS export license applications and conditions alongside the transactions they cover.

Works withExport

SNAP-R does not offer a production API; APIXX tracks license applications and conditions as a workflow.

Connected Apps

Connection layer, workflow, rules & exceptions

BIS SNAP-R stays the system of record. APIXX reads what the process needs, coordinates the work, and writes back approved results.

Overview

BIS SNAP-R sits in the trade and export compliance layer of the operation. Connect export transactions to screening data, filing workflows, compliance providers and government systems. APIXX keeps the canonical business objects, workflows, rules and exceptions; BIS SNAP-R remains the system your team already uses, with approved information moving between the two through governed integration flows implemented and managed by APIXX.

BIS SNAP-R is on the APIXX roadmap and is not yet ready for customer connection.

Connection and security

APIXX uses Nango as its embedded connection layer. Nango manages supported authentication flows and credential lifecycle, while APIXX provides the integration logic, mappings, monitoring and managed production operation.

  • WorkflowCredentials are captured in the vendor’s own authorization flow and stored by the connection layer — never in the browser or in APIXX records.
  • APIXX stores only connection identifiers and safe metadata, associated with your organization and the user who authorized it.
  • Connection health, expiry and reconnection are surfaced inside the APIXX application; approved information moves through monitored integration flows.

Keep your systems. Connect the operation.

APIXX Connected Apps work with the technology your business already depends on. Connect the systems, coordinate the workflow and give your team one place to run the operation.
