Acumatica's open API model fits the APIXX approach well: purchase orders, vendors, stock items, sales orders and inventory positions can move between Acumatica and APIXX through governed integration flows. Supplier Collaboration extends Acumatica purchase orders to suppliers; Order & Inventory Management coordinates channel orders against Acumatica inventory; Export Compliance evaluates international orders before release. Customer-specific configuration and acceptance testing are required before the connection goes live.

Connection and security
APIXX uses Nango as its embedded connection layer. Nango manages supported authentication flows and credential lifecycle, while APIXX provides the integration logic, mappings, monitoring and managed production operation.
- OAuthCredentials are captured in the vendor’s own authorization flow and stored by the connection layer — never in the browser or in APIXX records.
- APIXX stores only connection identifiers and safe metadata, associated with your organization and the user who authorized it.
- Connection health, expiry and reconnection are surfaced inside the APIXX application; approved information moves through monitored integration flows.
